Terms, Return Policy and Shipping

Office Source 360 Terms, Return Policy and Shipping Policy

Any furniture or supply item needing assembly may be completed at your request for a fee of 65.00per hour at your place of business in our local delivery area. Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. All past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month, 18% APR. Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including Attorney fees, cost, and sums owed in the event a collection becomes necessary. The jurisdiction form enforcement of this transaction is Tulare County, California.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you have not used/opened the product, you may return the item(s) for a credit to your account or a refund within 20 days of purchase with a packing slip or a copy of the invoice. In order for a full credit to be issued on items you wish to return, they must be returned in resale condition, including original unopened box or package associated with the product there may be no writing on product packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any item over 20 days from purchase.

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to return all items.

Include order/invoice number, item(s) and quantity you wish to return along with a reason for the return. The RAN must be included with return package/label.

Damaged or manufacturers defect or an error on our part Office Source 360 can issue a UPS call label at our expense. Items returned for any another reason than above will be at customers expense (see additional terms for returns below). Original delivery charge is not refundable unless product is damaged or a manufacturers defect or an error on our part.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: 

  • Food
  • First aid items
  • Dated items such as calendars, etc.
  • Opened packages of Software
  • Special Orders – Custom/Special order items, Manufacturer direct items, and customer imprinted items are made to your specific requirements, therefore cannot be returned.

Shortages: Office Source 360 must be notified within 2 days of delivery to customer.

Defective: Customer has 10 days from date of invoice to notify Office Source 360 of any concealed damage or defective product/merchandise. Customer has 5 days from date of invoice to notify Office Source 360 for all visible damage and visible warehouse errors.

Software: If unopened, you can return software for refund or credit within 10 days

Technology: Due to the rapid changes in Technology, we can only exchange multimedia printers, PDA’s, digital cameras for the same, if done within 10 days and must be returned in the original package/box with UPC codes and all accessories.

Furniture: Any stocked furniture item purchased through the Office Supply Division (catalog) in the original package with UPC codes may be returned within 20 days for an exchange and/or credit. There is a 25% restocking charge for any item over 20 days from date of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free delivery in our local delivery area Tulare, Kings and Fresno Counties with a Business Account to a business address. Guest Shoppers will receive next day delivery in most areas of the contiguous United States (some rural areas require 2 days). Guest shoppers in our local delivery area and other deliveries outside our local delivery area will incur a delivery fee of 10.25 for orders under 87.00 and for orders over 87.01 a 11.8% charge will be applied for shipping of shippable product under 500lbs. Guest Shoppers within our local delivery area will receive free delivery once the minimum of 87.01 per order is reached. A fuel surcharge will be applied when the national median price of fuel is exceeded at .97 per 100.00 of product purchased.

Next day delivery must also meet the following guidelines to be eligible. Business Accounts and Guest Shoppers (minimum order amount for Guest shoppers--see above) may place orders up to 4:30pm PST and receive their order next day. Business Accounts and Guest Shoppers outside of our local delivery area must submit their order before 1:30pm PST to receive next day delivery, however orders may be placed up to 4:30pm PST and would take an additional day to be delivered.

Oversized items or items over 501 lbs will ship LTL courier and could take additional time (days) for delivery. LTL rates are $76.60 for shipments of $470.00 or less; and 16.9% of the merchandise total for shipments over $470.01.

Oversized items LTL (non-UPS conforming by size) will need a freight quote please call 559.592.3364 or e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the item number, quantity and destination for a freight quote. LTL shipments are a dock to dock delivery only. Other services are available for a fee, but must be arranged in advance of placing your order.
